This policy describes how to notify us of claimed copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512 ("DMCA").

1. Reporting Claimed Infringement

This Designated Agent is registered with the U.S. Copyright Office DMCA Designated Agent Directory at copyright.gov/dmca-directory.

2. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the Designated Agent containing: your signature; identification of the removed material and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address, and phone number; and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the U.S., the Eastern District of Michigan) and accepting service of process from the complaining party.

3. Repeat Infringers

We will, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, disable or terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

4. Trademarks & Third-Party Marks
